In addition to work by contemporary artists, historic works from the IMoDD permanent collection are seamlessly woven throughout the exhibition. Due to the pandemic, the exhibition opened virtually on April 10th, and did not open to the public until June 5th. Juried prizes were sponsored by “Jiffy Mixes” of Chelsea Milling Company.

\nWill it still \u201csnap crackle pop?\u201d<\/h4>\n
For the opening reception, we presented a the once-in-a-lifetime virtual Breakfast \u201cHappening.\u201d<\/em> A \u201cvintage\u201d individual serving size box of Kellogg\u2019s Rice Krispies, dated 1963, with paper lining so that it can be used as a cereal bowl, was OPENED! And milk was poured onto the cereal (in a different cereal bowl – the empty box\/bowl is now part of IMoDD collection). What were the results? You can find out by watching the video.<\/p>\n
