A selection of wonderful contemporary artists were invited to create a cake stand or cake sculpture for this special exhibition.  The artists include (alphabetically) Nancy Bulkley, Robert Carney, Mary Louise Carter, Heather Mae Erickson, Paul Eshelman, Leopold Foulem, Bruce Gholson, Bryan Hopkins, Ryan Kelly, Kristen Kieffer, James Klein and David Reid, Frank Martin, Kate Maury, Colleen McCall, Diana Pancioli, Katie Parker and Mike Davis, Aysha Peltz, Kari Radasch, Linda Sikora, Debbie Thompson, Kate Tremel, and Kay Yourist.

As they say, “first come, first served.” Every one of their marvelous creations is for sale, destined for your display case, or to be utilized to display your next fancy cake.  A portion of the proceeds from our cake stand sale will benefit the Dinnerware Museum. Prices range from $75 to $10,000 (not including shipping).  You like ceramic; we have ceramic.  You like glass; we have glass.  You like plastic; we have Legos. The exhibit closes September 4th, and purchased cake stands can be picked up after that or can be shipped at the new owner’s expense.

To purchase a cake stand or cake sculpture, please email Margaret Carney at director@dinnerwaremuseum.org.  Please indicate whether you will be picking up the cake sculpture or cake stand in person or whether the work will be shipped at the close of the exhibition (no international shipments).  The purchaser will then be sent an invoice via Paypal. Thank you for supporting these artists and the Dinnerware Museum.
